Welcome to your safe space

The Restorative Resonance Foundation offers a gentle, structured sound therapy programme for adults navigating the emotional and physical impact of cancer.
Here, you are invited to step away from the demands of treatment, appointments, and uncertainty, and enter a calm, nurturing environment designed for deep rest and quiet support.

Through immersive sound using gongs, crystal bowls and other therapeutic instruments, each session helps to settle the nervous system, ease tension, and create moments of stillness and connection. You don’t need to do anything, simply lie down, listen, and allow yourself to be supported.
Our sessions are open to:
-
Individuals currently undergoing cancer treatment
-
Those in recovery or remission
-
Family members and carers in need of space and support
Sessions are held in West Berkshire, Reading (UK), in a peaceful setting created to help you feel safe, comfortable, and at ease.
Support Our Work

The Restorative Resonance Foundation is currently in the process of registering as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO), a formal charity structure in the UK that allows us to operate with clear governance, transparency, and a strong foundation for long-term impact.

We are building a community of compassionate supporters and corporate partners to help us offer these sessions to those on the cancer journey, regardless of their circumstances. Your support will enable us to expand access, develop our programme, and work towards creating a dedicated, purpose-built centre for care.

Together, we can ensure that no one has to face their journey without space to pause, breathe, and be held.
