About the Foundation

A cancer journey can be deeply challenging, physically, emotionally, and mentally.

In the midst of this, having a space to pause, soften, and feel supported can make a meaningful difference.

The Restorative Resonance Foundation offers gentle, immersive sound therapy programmes to support emotional wellbeing during this time. Through soothing vibrations and carefully held sessions, we create a calm and nurturing environment where individuals can relax, reconnect, and find moments of peace. This work is not about fixing or changing anything, but about offering space, for rest, for release, and for quiet support.

This foundation was created from a deep belief in the power of sound to bring comfort and connection during life’s most difficult moments.

About the Founder

My name is Angela, and I am a certified sound therapy practitioner with over six years of experience working with both adults and children across a wide range of needs, including those at different stages of the cancer journey.

My work has taken me into schools, disability centres, wellbeing retreats, and private practice, where I have delivered both one-to-one and group sessions, as well as training others in sound therapy. Over the years, I have witnessed the profound impact that sound can have in helping people find calm, emotional release, and a sense of inner steadiness.

Alongside this work, I hold a senior leadership role in an AI company and am a mother of three. I am also lucky enough to have my best friend as my life partner.

The creation of The Restorative Resonance Foundation reflects my commitment to bringing this work to those who need it most.

Support the Work

Whether through attending sessions or offering support, you are helping to create a space where people navigating cancer can find moments of calm, care, and connection when they need it most.
